In which file should I submit my logo?
You can submit your design as a PNG, JPEG, or PDF. Even a sketch or idea is enough—we'll develop it further for you. Make sure your file is at least 2MB for the best quality.
What will the final result look like? Will I get a preview?
Yes, you'll always receive a digital proof before production begins. This way, you can be sure the print is correctly placed and legible. We'll only print after you've given your approval.
How do I order personalized mugs?
Very simple:

- Receive a sample by email
- Agree, receive the link to the mugs in our webshop and pay.
- We produce and ship your mugs within 5 business days!
How will I hear from you after my application?
We'll send you an email with a preview of your mug . This preview will show the text, image, or design you provided. You can provide feedback or make changes to the design before making your decision.
What are the payment options?
In the webshop, you can pay with iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Business customers can also pay by invoice, but payment must be made before production.
What is the delivery time?
Once you approve the digital sample, we'll begin production immediately. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
How does shipping to multiple addresses work?
That's possible! For multiple addresses within the Netherlands, we don't charge any extra fees as long as the total amount exceeds €30. For international shipments, we'll create a customized shipping quote.
Can I receive a sample first?
Yes, that's possible! A physical sample costs €14.95 + €4.95 shipping. Ideal if you want to experience the quality before ordering larger quantities.
Are your mugs dishwasher safe?

Because your mugs are custom-made for you with a unique design or print, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
