What is the processing time for my order?

Processing time depends on what you buy. Orders with barista tools are packed and offered to the carrier within 1-2 business days.

Barista Workshops are available immediately. The order confirmation serves as an admission ticket.

Coffee clothing takes a little longer. This is because the clothing goes through a process where designs are professionally applied to clothing items. Please allow approximately 3-4 business days for processing.

Estimated European delivery times will be visible at checkout.

During busy periods and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

The Baristashop delivers within the Netherlands and Europe. In the Netherlands, you will receive your order within 1 to 2 business days after shipping. Within Europe, the shipping time is between 3 and 12 business days. The estimated time is visible per country during the checkout procedure. You will receive a track and trace via email when your order is registered with the carrier. This allows you to easily track your package.

The two-year warranty period as laid down in Dutch law applies to the items you purchase.

This Warranty and Complaints Policy provides clarity about the warranty period, the conditions for warranty applications and the procedures for complaints handling at De Baristashop. By making a purchase at De Baristashop you agree to the terms and conditions described below.

1. Warranty period

All items purchased from De Baristashop have a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Conditions

- To qualify for warranty, customer must provide valid proof of purchase.
- The warranty does not apply if an article or item from De Baristashop has suffered damage due to dropping, incorrect handling, normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or damage due to use for which the items are not intended.

3. Submitting a Warranty Application

- A warranty request must be sent to De Baristashop, with the following information:
- Name: The Barista Shop
- Email: info@geertjandebaristaman.nl
- Description: State your complaint clearly and clearly, including any photos or other evidence.

4. Processing of a Warranty Claim

- Processing a warranty claim will consist of the following phases:
