Yes! The mug is made of sturdy white ceramic and can simply go in the dishwasher and microwave. So no worries about your print - it will stay neat, even after countless coffee rounds... for years!

What is the content and size of the mug?

The mug has a capacity of 300 ml – just enough for a good cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. It is approx. 9.5 cm high and has a nice, comfortable handle to hold it well.

How quickly will the mug be delivered and how will it be packaged?

We print, package and ship from the Netherlands. You will usually receive your mug within 2-4 business days (please allow longer delivery times for Europe). The mug is well protected in a sturdy box, so it arrives safely.

Can I order more than one at a time?

No minimum order quantity required - simply order per piece, or as many as you like. Above €30 we pay the shipping! Nice for yourself, or just as an original gift for that one colleague with a coffee addiction and a sense of humor.

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, you will receive tracking information by email. This allows you to track your shipment in real time and select any delivery options.

What is the processing time and delivery time?

Orders with barista tools are packed and offered to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. The delivery time within the Netherlands is a maximum of 2 business days after shipment. You will receive an email with track & trace when your order has been given to the carrier.

Barista Workshops are available immediately. The order confirmation serves as an admission ticket.

Clothing, mugs, bags and other custom made items take a bit longer. This is because the clothing goes through a Print On Demand process where designs are professionally applied to clothing items. Please allow approximately 3-6 business days for processing.

During busy periods and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

How long do I have a warranty on my purchase?

The two-year warranty period as set out in Dutch law applies to the items of your purchase. You can always start your return process here .
