Voucher Policy - The Baristashop

This voucher policy applies to all vouchers issued by De Baristashop, via the website www.debaristashop.nl or other sales channels. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or using a voucher. By purchasing or using a voucher, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.

2. Values of Vouchers

Vouchers are available in the following denominations: €10, €20, €30, €40, €50, €75, and €100.

3. Return Policy for Vouchers

- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Any remaining value after a purchase can be used for a subsequent purchase.
- Any remaining value will never be returned or exchanged for cash or any other currency.
Vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase. (Barista Workshop vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.)
After two years, the value expires. The user or purchaser is no longer entitled to the expired value after two years. (Barista Workshop vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.)
- The purchaser or user cannot claim the value of the voucher beyond two years after the date of purchase. (Barista Workshop vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.)

4. Use of Vouchers

Vouchers can be used to purchase coffee items, barista tools, coffee accessories, and any other items used to make coffee or items needed during the coffee making process.
- Vouchers can also be used to purchase coffee clothing sold in The Barista Shop.
- VAT and shipping costs are included in the usable value of the vouchers.

This voucher policy is designed in accordance with European and Dutch legislation regarding vouchers and consumer rights. We will always comply with legal requirements regarding vouchers and consumer rights.
