What is the delivery time of the Baristashop?

The Baristashop delivers within the Netherlands and Europe. Within the Netherlands we guarantee a fast delivery time. Within 1 to 2 working days after shipping, you will have your order at home. European shipments take between 3 and 8 working days. The estimated delivery time is visible at checkout. You will receive a track and trace via email when your order is registered with the carrier. This allows you to easily track your package.

During busy periods and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Processing time depends on what you buy. Orders with barista tools are packed and offered to the carrier within 1-2 business days.

Coffee clothing takes a little longer. This is because the clothing goes through a process where designs are professionally applied to clothing items. Please allow approximately 3-4 business days for processing.

Of course. The articles of your purchase are subject to the two-year warranty period laid down in Dutch law.

2. Let us know your wishes: Use the simple contact form to let us know your wishes. Do you want a specific text? An image? Are you looking for something for multiple people? It is all possible as long as it falls within the frame of the mug.

3. Preview: Receive a preview of your personalized mug. This way you know exactly what your mug will look like before you receive it. This is also the part of the process where many changes and additions can be communicated.

4. Pricing: The price of your personalized mug is automatically calculated based on your chosen options. Please note that prices are exclusive of VAT. Once we have received approval for the design, you will receive a total amount.

5. Shipping options: Shipping costs are €3.95 for delivery within the Netherlands. We strive to ship your order as soon as possible, so you can enjoy your personalized mug soon.

6. After receipt of payment your order will be produced and shipped. Production usually takes a maximum of 5 working days. Delivery time within the Netherlands is a maximum of 2 working days.
