At De Barista Shop, you can easily submit your text, name, quote, photo, logo, or idea via the inquiry form. So, you don't need to have a perfect design ready yet. Geert-Janwill first create a free digital mockup of your mug, so you can see what the print will look like beforehand. Only after you have checked the example and ordered via your personal product link, will the mug be specially printed for you.

How does ordering a personalized coffee mug work?

You fill out the form with your name, email address, desired text, and optionally an image or file. Then Geert-Janwill create a free sample of your mug. Does the mockup look good? Then you will receive a personal link with which you can order and pay for the mug. After payment, your mug will be specially printed for you and shipped within Europe.

The position on the mug is also important: what do you see on the front, what is to the left or right of the handle, and how does the design appear when someone holds the mug? That's why a digital mockup beforehand is important. You first see how your text, image, or idea will be applied. This way, you avoid disappointment and only order when the design is right.

This is how your personalized mug works from idea to delivery

You don't have to order immediately. First, you send us your idea, then you receive a free sample, and only after your approval will you pay for the mug and have it printed especially for you.

Fill in the application form and let us know what you want on the mug. This can be a name, a short text, a quote, a photo, a logo, an illustration, or just a general idea. You can also send a file. Don't have a perfect design yet? No problem. Just send what you have, and Geert-Jan will see what's possible.

Step 2. You will receive a free mockup by email

Geert-Jan will create an example of your personalized mug and place it in The Barista Shop. You will receive an email with a personal link. You can view the mockup via this link. Please carefully check the front, sides, text, image, and placement. Do you want to make a small adjustment? Please reply to the email before purchasing.

Step 3. After approval, you order and pay using your personal link

How much does a personalized mug cost?

A personalized white ceramic mug costs from €19.95 each, excluding shipping costs. For multiple mugs, a volume discount applies:

  • 2–3 mugs €16.95 each
  • 4–5 mugs €14.95 each
  • 6–9 mugs €12.95 each
  • and from 10 mugs upwards from €11.95 each.

A mug with a colored interior and handle costs an additional €1.75 per mug; an enamel mug costs an additional €3.75 per mug.

No. The first mockup is free and without obligation. You will first receive an example by email. Only when you order and pay via your personal product link will the mug be produced especially for you.

Can I still change anything on the mockup?

Can I return a personalized mug or have it gift-wrapped?

No, personalized mugs are made especially for you and cannot be returned or cancelled after approval and payment. We will, of course, resolve any damage upon delivery or production errors. The mug is suitable as a personal gift, but will not be gift-wrapped.
