I have created a personalized mug design from it and prepared it as a hidden product for you. Please check the mockup carefully. Is everything correct? Then you can complete your order.

After payment, your mug will automatically be forwarded to our print partner for production and shipping.

Can I still change anything?

Yes. Would you like to make any changes to your mug? If so, please reply to the email with which you received this personal link before making your payment.

After payment, your mug will be sent to production and the design can no longer be adjusted.

What are the mug's specifications?

Your personalized mug is a white ceramic 11oz mug with a glossy finish. The mug is dishwasher and microwave safe. The design will be printed as shown in the mockup. Colors on the final product may differ slightly from the screen display.

What does ordering mean for the design?

By placing your order, you agree to the design as shown in the mockup. Therefore, please check the front, left side, and right side of the mug carefully before ordering.

Can I cancel or return?

No. This is a personalized product made especially for you. After payment, you can no longer change, cancel, or return the order.

Did your mug arrive damaged? We will, of course, resolve that.

What if my mug arrives damaged?

Did your mug arrive damaged? Please report this within 5 days of receipt. Send clear photos of the damaged mug, the packaging/box, and the shipping label.

If the damage was caused by delivery, we will send a new mug free of charge.

When will my mug be delivered?

Your mug will be produced after payment. Production takes a maximum of 5 business days.

Within the Netherlands, shipping usually adds 1 business day. Within Europe, total processing and delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are added at checkout. For 1 mug, shipping costs are €4.95 within the Netherlands and Europe. For 2 or more mugs, shipping costs are €8.95.
