The MUG15 sublimation press
Your personalized mug is produced using an industrial sublimation press, the MUG15 .
What that means for you:
- No tactile print, but a print in the mug
- Bright colors and sharp details
- No peeling or flaking print
- Suitable for daily use
- Dishwasher safe for normal use
- Nice and legible after frequent use.
Do I have to buy the mug if I have a design made?
No, the design is completely free of obligation . You'll receive a sample by email first. Only after you approve it and pay through our shop will we start creating the mug.
How quickly will I receive my mug?
Once you approve the final design, printing will begin. This will take a maximum of 3-5 business days. You will then receive a track and trace code by email. Within the Netherlands, the average delivery time is 1-2 business days.
Can I have a coffee mug made with my company logo?

How will you contact me after my request?

Can I return my personalized mug?
Because your mug was custom-made for you with a unique design or print, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. This is a legal requirement for custom-made products (according to EU Directive 2011/83/EU). We always ensure that your design is approved before printing.
