What is the processing time for my order?

Processing time depends on what you buy. Orders with barista tools are packed and offered to the carrier within 1-2 business days.

Barista Workshops are available immediately. The order confirmation serves as an admission ticket.

Coffee clothing takes a little longer. This is because the clothing goes through a process where designs are professionally applied to clothing items. Please allow approximately 3-4 business days for processing.

Estimated European delivery times will be visible at checkout.

During busy periods and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

What is the delivery time for my order?

The Baristashop delivers within the Netherlands and Europe. In the Netherlands, you will receive your order within 1 to 2 business days after shipping. Within Europe, the shipping time is between 3 and 12 business days. The estimated time is visible per country during the checkout procedure. You will receive a track and trace via email when your order is registered with the carrier. This allows you to easily track your package.

During busy periods and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

How long do I have a warranty on my purchase?

The two-year warranty period as laid down in Dutch law applies to the items you purchase.

Please contact us via info@geertjandebaristaman.nl if your purchase has manufacturing defects. We will then look together at how we can solve this as quickly as possible to your satisfaction.

How can I return my purchases?

The return process starts by sending an email to info@geertjandebaristaman.nl. You will then be sent a return address, where the package can be sent to.

Workshops and Food Items are non-returnable.

Please make sure you read the return policy carefully. We will only process orders that meet the requirements of the return policy .

How do I book a workshop?

Do you sell sustainable clothing?

How long is the Baristashop Gift Voucher valid?

The Baristashop Gift Card is valid for two years from the date of purchase.

Where can I view the balance of my gift voucher?

The balance of the voucher can be found in the email in which you received the voucher. In this email you will find a unique link ' view gift voucher balance ', with which you can check your balance.

Returning Items from the Barista Shop.

Can I return my non-food items?

Yes, you can invoke the right of return, which allows you to return the ordered items within 14 days and cancel the sale.

Contact us within 14 days of receipt via info@debaristashop.nl and we will handle the return process together with you. You will receive the entire purchase amount including shipping costs back. After 14 days your right of return expires.

(Please note: this only applies to non-food items. Workshops and food items such as Torani Syrups and Coffee cannot be returned.)

What if the item is delivered to me damaged?

If it turns out that an item does not meet the standard conditions, we will deliver a new item as ordered by you in debaristashop.nl. Or we will return the total amount, including the shipping costs, after receiving the damaged item.
