Returning Items from the Barista Shop.

Yes, non-food items may be returned within 14 days of receipt , provided they are unused.

➡️ Send an email to info@debaristashop.nl , we will then start a return process
➡️ You will receive the full purchase amount + shipping costs back.
⚠️ After 14 days your right of return expires.

NB:
Returns do not apply to:

  • Food items (such as Torani syrups , coffee )
  • Workshops

❌ Delivered damaged?

Did your product arrive damaged? Then:

  • Will you receive a replacement item?
    or
  • Full refund + shipping costs
    (provided we have received the damaged item back)
