How do I deliver my design?
You can easily submit your design, logo, or text via our contact form or email us at info@debaristashop.nl . We accept PDF, PNG, and SVG files, among others. Don't have a design yet? No worries – we're happy to help.

What is the delivery time for personalized mugs?
After design approval and payment is received, production time is usually 3 to 5 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands then usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Do you have a deadline? Let us know, and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Can I return personalized mugs?
No, personalized products such as mugs with a name or logo are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU law. Therefore, returns are not possible unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery.
