During the consultation we will go through your most important questions. Small follow-up questions afterwards can be sent by email, but extensive follow-up support can be booked via a new consultation.

Do I need to have experience making coffee to book a consultation?

No, not at all! Whether you are a novice home barista or have been making espresso for years: the consultation is fully adapted to your level and equipment.

Can I also get advice on which machine or grinder I should buy?

Sure! If you are looking for a new espresso machine, coffee grinder or accessories, you will receive independent and honest purchase advice based on your wishes, use and budget.

Can I reschedule or cancel my consultation?

You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to the consultation. Requests made within 48 hours will be denied.
