Yes, you can invoke the right of return, which allows you to return the ordered items within 14 days and undo the sale. Contact us within 14 days of receipt via info@geertjandebaristaman and we will handle the return process together with you. You will receive the entire purchase amount including shipping costs back. After 14 days, your right of return expires.

(Please note: this only applies to non-food items. Food and drink items such as Torani Syrups and Coffee cannot be returned.)

What if the item is delivered to me damaged?

If it turns out that an item does not meet the standard conditions, we will deliver a new item as ordered by you in debaristashop.nl. Or we will return the total amount, including the shipping costs, after receiving the damaged item.

Professionele barista tools gekocht!

Onlangs diverse barista tools gekocht, zoals scales,ocd/ tampers en groepen borstels.
Alles is van professionele kwaliteit, wat voor ons ook belangrijk is want alle apparatuur wordt bij Barista Company intensief gebruikt.
Er werd duidelijk vooraf kenbaar gemaakt wat de levertijd was en die is keurig nagekomen.
Spullen zijn netjes verpakt en onbeschadigd bij ons binnengekomen.
Ook niet onbelangrijk is dat de prijzen realistisch zijn.
