The Art of Espresso

The Barista Essentials Workshop for Hospitality and Business teams takes all participants into the world of Coffee, Barista techniques and brewing methods. This on-site workshop is a full-fledged business training and is intended for a maximum of 8 participants per workshop round. The conditions can be found in the downloadable file on this page.

Barista Essentials Parts

  • Coffee theory. This workshop covers the essential skills of a barista, aimed at perfectly preparing espresso. The participants receive a theoretical basis in coffee, from bean to cup. They learn about the origin of coffee and the different coffee making methods.

  • Espresso extraction. The participants then get hands-on with preparing espresso, where they learn about correct tamping, quantities, timing and hygiene. Afterwards, participants can achieve a balanced espresso extraction by correctly performing actions at the espresso station.
