  • Coffee technology. Questions about coffee are answered in an informative presentation. Questions such as; Where does coffee come from? How is it processed? What is the difference between filter coffee and espresso?

  • Espresso extraction. How is a balanced espresso made? What happens if a coffee tastes bad & what can I do to get the most out of my beans? We dive into the do's & don'ts of making good coffee.

  • Frothing technique & latte art basics. In this part of the Light Roast Workshop we use the milk jug. We will practice frothing milk & learn to froth milk consistently. Much or little foam?
